Professional Experience
Mr. Gil, is specialized in corporate matters, with more than twenty years of experience serving national and transnational companies, public and private, in various sectors of the industry such as energy and food, among others. He has postgraduate studies in Corporate Economic and Financial Law at Universidad Panamericana, as well as a Master's Degree in Criminal Law from the National Bar of Lawyers, Mr. Gil is recognized by the National Institute of Criminal Sciences (INACIPE) as a litigator for the adversary criminal justice system.
